Maokai, an unknown powerhouse

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, been busy with school. This is an awesome game  played with Maokai. I really think maokai has alot of potential and is horribly underplayed. Maokai's top lane presence is extremely strong and his jungling is pretty good too. The trick to maokai is that his abilities have a very high base damage which allows him to be an awesome tank and still deal stupid high amounts of damage. As far as builds go I recommend Heart of Gold, Philosopher's stone, boots of mobility, then situational tanky items. The boots of mobility allow for strong ganks on other lane as well as farming the jungle between ganks. Good luck with maokai!
